1.  Complete the nomination form.  Please click here for download.

2.  Part I of the nomination form has to be filled in by the student of the University of Hong Kong (HKU).  A final copy of the submitted paper and the Turnitin report generated when the paper was submitted online through Moodle must be attached for each paper submitted.  Please also note that submissions only in the current or preceding academic semester going back one academic year will be accepted in each round.

3.  Part II of the nomination form has to be filled in by the HKU's Faculty Member to endorse the submission.  Endorsements by the module course instructor for which the coursework was completed are preferred.  However, another HKU's Faculty member’s endorsement is also acceptable.
